Looking to make a nice easy drinking summer wit (possibly shandy, sans lemonade) so I was thinking a Sorachi ace Wit dry hopped with Amarillo. Possibly Summit for bittering!? Really going for lemon/orange here.
Thoughts/input...
 
Not going for a Brooklyn SA clone either.

Saisons are good and all, but I'll leave those to Hill Farmstead
