Recipe help

Does this look like a good recipe. It's from beer smith

At first I thought very light, and low alcohol. Then I noticed the first digit of the twelve was cropped off.

I dont know Warrior, Crystal, or Falconer. The hops amount seem a tidge light for an IPA - otherwise - interesting recipe.
