Recipe database

I've been reading about a recipe database when I'm looking for recipes on here does anyone know where it is located and is it free? I want to begin collecting some to make my own cookbook. Sorry I know its another newbie question

Unless there is something else, there is a link for it called "Recipes" on the top of the page between brewspace and wiki.
