I'm trying hop stand for the first time and want to know how my plan looks.
5.5 gallon
10lbs 2 row
1lbs cara red

Mash 150 for 60 min

1oz palisades fwh
1oz palisades 5min
2oz summit hop stand at 185 30min
2oz summit hop stand at 170 30min

Cool to 64 and pitch wy2112
After 2 weeks dry hop with 2oz palisades for 5 days

I added 12.2oz of extra light dame because I had it. My OG came out to 1.056
