Alright, I'm 6 batches in, have gone All Grain and am very happy with the beer that I'm making.

I'm ready to start formulating my house recipe, which is going to be a hoppy IPA, a la DFH 60min.

I have bulk hops, and grains so the skys the limit with experimentation.

I was considering starting with SmaSH brews, like brewing 3 gallon batches of just 2-row Ale, with my different hops.

Any other suggestions?

I'd say get three 1-gal carboys so you can break each 3 gal batch into 3 different carboys, to experiment with dry hopping and yeast as well.
