So a month or so ago I got everything ready for a 5g brew, and then had to go out of town for work for 2.5 weeks and life is getting back to normal so I figured tomorrow when I get home from work I'll start the process (my first solo brew)

Well I left my honey on my porch (enclosed but not heated) and the weather over the last few weeks got cold and I didn't get my honey inside (honestly I forgot it was out there). So I get everything together and notice that 4/5 of my honey is solid. I have it inside in my reptile room now so it's at ~82* figuring the gradual reheating will be the best way, but is there a way I can help speed t up SAFELY?

It's solid. Like soooooooooolid. I couldn't put a fork in it.

Attached is a picture and you can see the solid honey color vs the liquid stuff. Should I call my bee keeper and just go get another gallon tomorrow?
