Hi, I'm relatively new to the home brewing hobby. I've really only messed around with IPAs and pale ales. My girlfriend isn't big on either of them so she wants me to make a light raspberry flavored beer for the summer. Does anyone have a good extract recipe for one they wouldn't mind sharing?
Also, I'm trying to learn as much as I can about the different grains and malts used and how they affect brew but can't seem to find much on them. Does anyone have a link to a good article on this?
