I'll be doing my first member pick up this weekend, I went through the steps on their site to give them a heads up, think I did it right. Do they usually email some sort of confirmation that you're good to go on the pickup?
No I don't think they do anymore.

They usually will email back confirming that they got it. At least they did a couple weeks ago. Oh wait you have me ignored so you can't see this. Too bad :(

quite something was 1 bottle extra as well

Really? My email says no additional bottles:

Well ****, I don't have the email for Soliloquy so I can't see if there were extras allowed for that one and I mistook one of the public releases as being ambassador...so

3/17 Quite Something - 1 bottle like Supermassive
4/20 Afterlight - large batch
6/15 Map of the Moon - 1 bottle like Supermassive (maybe Soliloquy)

Which would still follow the same model as last year.

Inb4 next 2 ambassador releases have no additional bottles for purchase. =(

well ****, then it's even worse than last years so far....

Supermassive was the bee's knees last year...was glad the guy I split with at the time let me grab the extra and then gave up wanting to split this year.

My trustee just told me that the bottles (12) I recently got RB to ship to him didn't come in a shipper box. This happen to anyone else? Really liked the nice wine shippers and was easy for my trustee to merely slap a new label on the box and send my way.

I've never had a full case from TRB come in a shipper box. They are usually just sent to me in a standard case box via GSO.

Most of my shipments from RB came in normal segregated bottle boxes rather than wine shippers

You have to specify them to "Pack It Up!" in the check out box instructions and they will put it in bottle shippers and charge you for them. If not, you get a normal case with no packing whatsoever. I lucked out with that last time but chose never to risk it again based on the amount of money spent on the bottles.

I must have similarly lucked out last time; I figured that was the standard. Thanks.
