Gonna show up early to solo a Map of the Moon probably, but gotta get over to SF for some Deathmetal.

Anyone have experience shipping the Kleen Kanteens? (newer RB growlers). Seems like it wouldn't leak but curious of other's experiences.

i've shipped the ceramic ones and those have such a crappy seal :|

Much better seal and less problems shipping than ceramic ones. Just take proper precautions of taping seal and bagging it.

Been shipping a pair back and forth between SD and Vacaville all last year. Not a single problem. Things are super solid, seal well, and can take a beating when dropped by someone being careless unpacking a box in excitement to see what it was filled with. (Somedays, I'm like a kid on christmas with beer packages)

Got sent down a growler of Dubious Vacation yesterday, took it to a share last night. **** me that was good stuff. I found it weird that there was plenty of strawberry on the nose and yet couldn't find the flavor in the beer, the pineapple dominated that for me.

Still. Want. More.

Almost have regret sharing it with the likes of Tyrsis because I couldn't keep it all to myself, hehehehe.

I picked up a growler over the weekend and killed it with friends on Fajita Tuesday at the house. Absolutely lovely beer.

Pretty good year for berries so far!

It’s been over 2 years since we’ve released bottles of Apropos of Nothing, so we’re really excited to let you know that it’s ready! While these bottles are not included in your membership, as an Ambassador of Sour, you have the opportunity to purchase these bottles online before the public release.

Ambassadors of Sour Online Pre-sale
What | Apropos of Nothing is a golden sour beer aged in oak barrels with elderberries and lavender. The barrels of golden sour beer used in this batch of Apropos of Nothing were fermented with various strains of Brettanomyces, Saison yeast, and bacteria and then blended together. We then steeped elderberries in this blend to extract notes of fresh blueberries and tannic cranberries. To draw out delicate floral and honey-like aromas, we briefly recirculated it through lavender.

Did you know that Apropos of Nothing won a Bronze Medal in the American-Style Sour Ale category at 2015 Great American Beer Festival®? For more info on Apropos of Nothing, click here.

I am excited to see Apropos come back.

If they ever rebrew On the Shoulders of Giants, I very well may lose my ****.

really? i thought they only do overstock (at least i've only see beers up there that have been for public sale for a while) on the online store
just a guess, It just seems like the quantities we are allowed to purchase this year have been a lot smaller. I mean it is only March so we shall see.

It's just frustrating they were $30 to begin with.

It's frustrating that any are $30. I believe the only bottle I bought extras of that were $30 in recently releases was Bellatrix and Map of the Moon. The rest I just gladly took my 2 and that was that.

I did pick up a few of the $25 and under in recent purchases though.

Apropos sold out in the pre-sale for AoS. I was on a plane for Wednesday and missed adding a 3rd bottle. Oh well.
