Shoutout to completely tatted up freakazoid manager of my local White Castle. Polite as **** and he works like his long hair is on fire despite clearly hating the customers, his coworkers, and most likely his own life. Dude even convinced me to fill out the stupid survey. They charged me for an item I didnt order or receive and they are getting a bad review, but still.

When I inevitably start up Billionaire Boredom Gun Runners LLC, he is totally hired. He has that hustle and grind you can't teach.

Has anyone else ever stubbed a toe so hard that you refuse to acknowledge it by looking at it?

This happened to me last night. Hurts so ******* bad that at this point im just afraid to look at it. Stood up to go take a piss and it hurts to the point of being numb. Its probably broken but I have myself that psyched out that im convinced its a compound fracture and/or a toe is gonna fall off tonight when I pull my sock off.

Last week I stubbed my toe in the bathroom and didn't look at it. A little while later I was sitting on my couch, kind of absentmindedly moving my foot around on the floor, and noticed that my foot was kind of sticking to the floor. I ignored that for a while but eventually got annoyed enough to look and figure out wtf I was stepping in, and of course I had cut my toe and the floor (and my foot) was covered in blood. I didn't even know a little toe could bleed that much. Cleaning that up was fun.

I've broken the little toes on both my feet too many times to count. Just tape it to the one next to it, slam some ibuprofen and move on.

the night i graduated from college, i was well into double digits by about 10 PM and was running around with flip flops on. rounded a corner, kicked a concrete wall very hard with corner of foot. looked down, toe was sticking out roughly 90 degrees from side of foot. reached down, snapped it back into place, ZFG.

it looked pretty ugly for the next few weeks, whole side of my foot was basically black it was bruised so hard, but ****, it still works fine four years later

I've had a broken toe for the past month. I'm frightened by how much it impacted my life over the first 3-4 days. I've reached the realization that I'm not growing up to be an action hero, but probably some placid suburban dad who drinks too much.

Did this on a fishing trip last Summer. Probably broke it and the nail still isn't fully grown back in yet, but dammit I didn't look at it all day. Sock/shoe was full of blood when we got back in off the water...still didn't look until I got in the shower a few hours later.
