Welcome to Mozambique! It's our second day on the job, and so far we have removed 2 damaged skins from the fuselage. In the nose section, we have a few damaged frames that will need repair.
Temps here are in the 70's, falling to low 60's at night. I think this place could grow on you.

I think the reference was to the horizon tilt in your local scenery photos, not the aircraft damage. But, I was curious about what happened to the plane.

This was posted on the Lansing State Journal's webpage earlier, some of the gnarly weather that passed through mid Michigan earlier Saturday evening. Jackson County was under a tornado warning until 7:15 because the radar was showing some significant rotation, but luckily no funnels actually touched down. North of Jackson wasn't so lucky.

The owner of the airline took us out to dinner this afternoon, had to try the local beer. Pronounced chee-lar. A bit sweet for my taste, soon switched to Patron Silver. Don't remember much after that, but my crew got me back to the hotel.
