Pearl River. You can also Google Beyond The Bayou to find it. I was telling the tour guide “ I think I hear banjo’s” and he said wait for it, and about 2 minutes later we floated by that “house boat”. My wife & daughter started laughing. The NJ family that was with us didn’t know why we were laughing so hard.

Haven't done that one, but it's very close to where we stay in Slidell.
Last year I talked to some elementary school aged "river kids" that motorboat in to a landing to take the school bus. Despite the hovel they live in, I found them to be clean, well dressed, articulate, extremely smart, and very respectful. I love experiences like that where preconceived stereotypes are shot to hell... ;)
