Are they working to restore it? seem some work on the right.

Considering the palace has been in ruins for ~350 years now it's more about "keeping what's left up-right" than "restore".

Such a magnificent work - and it wasn't even "finished" (if there is such a thing with palaces).
I visited the ruins in 1981 while in the area on business and the history would lead one to believe it was cursed just from all the lightning strikes alone...
