And "Cunning Chemistry" would be a great name for a Norse Death Metal rock band.

We've planted some fruit trees this spring and summer, including a plum variety developed in Russia said to be able to deal with our winters.Plums (5 varieties)from the windbreak across the field, planted by the village. Even with high temps and almost no rain, the plum tree branches are hanging low with all the fruit. And this fall there will be a massive hazelnut harvest also. These are community assets, anyone can help themselves.
That's much hotter than here, if I'm reading it correctly. We are around 30 in the afternoon, 22 in the evening.I for one, will welcome the arrival of General Winter...View attachment 879991
Sadly, you lost me at two hr mash and 70m boil, not to mention 8-9% ABV.
It’s a new Czech hop.Never seen a recipe on a beer can/bottle before - much less one that is more detailed than many that are published as "complete" recipes (although there is a typo in the recipe.)
Brew on![]()
I missed that one, so there are at least two typos. I was looking at the "1.08" (1.080) on the FG rangeIt’s a new Czech hop.

Edit: ... and they just keep coming, the more I look: "Mt. Mood" hops??? Also, gotta wonder why they added amylase enzymes to a mash that should have more than enough diastatic power. And, 158°F is too low for a mash-out.

Did I say it was a “good recipe “? Hmmm?Sadly, you lost me at two hr mash and 70m boil, not to mention 8-9% ABV.
Corrrrriander!Saaaaaz
If I'd known the correct spelling of "coriander", I probably would have picked up on that one as well.Corrrrriander!
You could be right, IDK. There’s probably more about the recipe and the brewer on the Spike website, they’ve been sharing these sorts of images for a few years now.Is that an actual photograph of real cans, or is it actually an AI concoction?
I can't tell but I'm leaning towards AI concoction...
Knowing that 99% of their customers have never once seen an actual beer recipe this may just be their way of having a little fun.You could be right, IDK. There’s probably more about the recipe and the brewer on the Spike website, they’ve been sharing these sorts of images for a few years now.
Despite being a lousy band they still went ahead and released a live concert video I happen to have:
I thought their concerts started off pretty cleanly, but they got filthy towards the end of their career and Mom threw the whole mess out after she saw some Tipper Gore thing on CSPAN.Despite being a lousy band they still went ahead and released a live concert video I happen to have:

Yeah...my understanding was that they tried to capitalize on the early 'digital revolution' and after a subtle name change, released a single...but they couldn't afford a CD burner;I thought their concerts started off pretty cleanly, but they got filthy towards the end of their career and Mom threw the whole mess out after she saw some Tipper Gore thing on CSPAN.
