I don't remember anyone in my parents' circle that didn't smoke pretty much anywhere.
Cars? Hell's yes! Hotel room? Sure, why not? Airplanes? You betcha!
Heck, Eastern Airlines had a smoking lounge in the tail section of their Constellations...

Talked about this yesterday. My dad was a family practice doctor and I cleaned his office in the 70s. The worst part were the ashtrays in his office and in the waiting room. People smoked in the grocery store, the bank, anywhere people were people smoked.

I have a neighbor who is a master of free items in Craiglist and gave me a Traeger he got for free and rehabbed and another neighbor who is a big into fishing and gave the wife and myself about 30 pounds of salmon last season, so I tried my hand at smoking some salmon.. Already love salmon but dang....so yummy. Should have done this sooner!

Our place in Colorado is nearing 18' of total accumulation. We came down to AZ on January 11th, at that time we were only at around 8'.... we'd had enough fun in the snow!

My aunt and uncle split most of their time between Valdez AK and Portland OR but were just down a month ago to get all the snow off their cabin's roof. Then the next storm topped it right off!

I didn't like the sky, so I opened up Photoshop Beta Neural Filters & looking at the options for "replace sky"

first one I tried...

Made the trip from the farm to the city again today. 250 miles door to door. We usually make a pit stop at a C-store in the little burg of Grassrange which is about halfway. The Wrangler Bar is next door. Every time I see this sign I wonder. "what more could there be?"

Holy Cow! I hunted a friend's ranch in Grass Range for years! His mother and sister own the Wrangler. Good times...

We still have a good amount of snow, but the spring melt has just about started, the roads are mostly bare now.
And the days have been getting longer for the past few weeks, now it don't get really dark until ~9 o clock in the evening...
