This is absolutely true. There are also breweries that will keep a beer that doesn't sell amazingly well or make them money but they like. I'm convinced Jester King only makes Le Petit Prince year round because they drink the **** out of it while they work.

Since 2nd Shift moved to their new brewery they've had one beer constantly available on draft or in cans/bottles

Listermann's in Cincinnati already has this on lock down, and it is not as scary as you might think. The barrel aged version is decent.
