Too many people think they are dontdrinkbeer.

Reminds me of this:

What happened to that FT: Schramm's thread? I wanted to check the original website that was linked to see if I could get some Black Agnes online but it seems like the thread was deleted.
Agnes is way out of season and James is pretty good at keeping folks who are looking apprised of what retailers have things in stock, so not likely, but I believe it had been Plum Market's website.

All beer seems to have pretty suddenly increased in price this year. I was just at Total Wine and Backwoods Bastard is $16 when it was $13 last year. Sierra Nevada six packs aren't even cheap anymore at $8.50. Pretty much everything seems to be at least $1 more and I feel like it's all just past that threshold where I am much less likely to buy anything. All I ended up buying was a bottle of Caffe Americano (which is also ridiculously overpriced at $16/22 oz and CCB is the worst offender at sudden price increases) even though I fully intended on buying another 4 or 6 pack of something.

It's only 15 bucks a bottle at the brewery. I believe zhukov was the same.

Used to be retailers were charging less than the brewery for these beers, but they realized they could add a couple bucks to the price and still sell out in a day. Might be different around CCB though since people can just go to the brewery itself.

I find this kind of thing to be all over the place. For a local example, Mexican Cake was $15/bottle at Westbrook. In stores I saw (or heard about) ranges from $11 to $19.

Most breweries don't want to undercut their retailers, so it's very rare (at least in the Midwest) to find beer cheaper at the brewery than at a local retailer (obvious markup's like Zombie Dust at a ****** retailer vs. 3 Floyds being the exceptions).
