Has anyone had a Heater Allen can, and if so, what did you think? Just opened a Kölsch and I'm a bit surprised by the color, it's a touch darker than expected and the beer itself is good but not as excellent as I recall the bottles of Pils and Helles being. I recall hearing that canning often introduces more O2 to the packaged product than bottling, so perhaps they're still working out the kinks in their canning line? For science I'll have to try a canned vs. bottled Pils to compare.

Curious if using "Leaves Of Grass" as the series name causes any trademark dispute issues, although I have no idea if Hill Farmstead has that trademarked or not.

If Bells thought of this at all they are likely in the clear as each beer has a distinct name instead of all being called "Leaves of Grass" with different ingredients ala Hill Farmstead.

You can trademark words or phrases for specific use though, no? Like, HF has a trademark on the word "Farmstead", but that presumably only applies to beer. They can't sue a farm somewhere for calling themselves a "farmstead", at least in my limited understanding. But likewise, IANAL, so not sure.

Plus look at the labels and what is being promoted:

On the Bells bottles it's on the bottom in a smaller font than both the roman numberals and the main name of the beer. And maybe calling it "Leaves of Grass Series" and not just "Leaves of Grass" is a big enough distinction.

Doesn't seem to be a big focus on the words "Leaves of Grass" kind of like how Stone was irked at Keystone for putting a big STONE on their cans.

I don't know what the **** a chicago manual of style is but the AP style guide says it's just countable vs non-countable that matters. And that's what I'm going with.
MW disagrees with you as well:

Some prescriptivists argue that even the extremely rare and completely unidiomatic[5] "one fewer" should be used instead of "one less" (both when used alone or together with a singular, discretely quantifiable noun as in "there is one fewer cup on this table"), but Merriam–Webster's Dictionary of English Usage clearly states that common usage dictates "one less" in all cases.[1]
