My wife bought me a new kegerator and a duel regulator kegging system for my birthday. But during my install I noticed I could only run one line into the kegerator. I had the co2 tank and regulators inside but it doesn't fit right and I don't like having the co2 tank resting on the chilling unit. Do any of you have know of a different unit that has two gas line holes or am I SOL at this point.

I'm not a fan of drilling holes. I can do it but i have some bad luck lately with new stuff going bad. Just finished a lemon law buy out on my new car.

Thank you for the suggestions. I should have said I want to have different pressure settings for each keg. My regulator has two gagues on it and I have two different styles in my fridge currently. My wife and I looked for a while last night looking for a kegerator that was made to have more than one line with no luck.

I am not interested in building my own I want something that looks nice and I don't think I could make one look nice haha.

It sounds like he already has the dual regulator, but doesn't like how it fits in the fridge. So he needs to get the two lines from the dual regulator in to the kegerator from the outside.

I think that most people leave their tanks on that hump above the compressor in the back of the fridge. Is it a visual thing that you don't like about having the tank sit there? You could always insulate the tank a little if you are concerned about it contacting an overly cold portion of the fridge.

You could connect a high pressure line to the tank, through the wall, then into the regulator on the inside. You just have to make sure it's high pressure. If it's not high pressure please record the attempt and post the video here.

this is correct, i was fine with leaving it on the small hump in the back but the pressure drops a bunch. i also ran into fitment issues with my kegs pushing the regulator and tank into the chill plate. also the tank and regulators fell off the hump and i had to replace the regulators once already.

i thought about running a main line off the tank then mounting the regulators inside but i don't know how to do it safely without drilling holes or using a ton of sticky foam tape.

thanks for the ideas i have a few options to work with now. what do you guys think would be the best idea. suck it up and drill the hole and mount on the rear like it was made to do? or run a main line and set the reg's inside? would this effect my pressure readings?

thanks for all the help this is all new to me.

When i first built my keezer i had the CO2 tank inside but didn't like the inaccurate readings so i routed my lines through the collar using a bulkhead.
I would think where ever your line is coming in from, you should be able to widen that hole enough to pass two lines, if that's what you want.
If you already have a dual regulator, get a secondary and mount that inside and leave your tank outside.

thanks for the help. once i am done i will have to update. having a keg is the best thing in the world so far.

i ended up drilling a hole. i found a forum post with the same kegerator. all turned out well i need to add some pictures. thanks for all the advice!
