I am racking 5 Galllon batch of amber ale in the heated side my basement which is about 65 to 68 degrees where it was fermented. I'm wondering if it would help matters if I moved it into the real warm space about 70-75 degrees or into the unheated space which is about 55 to 60 degrees. Should I move it or leave it alone? If I should move it, where should it go, hotter or colder space?
