Racked my RIS to secondary

I transferred my russian imperial stout to secondary today after about three weeks in primary. I added a quarter ounce of soaked oak chips and about half of a vanilla bean. Smelled pretty good. 8 months until bottling. I will have to try and not think about it for awhile or the suspense will be too much.
