Quinoa Flakes??

A friend of mine has a still and has a bunch of Quinoa Flakes. Does anyone know of any way I could use them in a beer recipe? They are almost a dry oatmeal type flake.

I'd consider subbing them for some or all of the corn and/or rice in a Cream Ale recipe. Something like Cream Of Three Crops on HBT.

I didn't know quinoa comes in flake form... hmmm....
