Is it OK to leave Star San in a cornie overnight?

I assume since it's the foamy stuff that doesn't need rinsing, you certainly could leave it in there overnight. It might need air to dry though

I haven't had a problem with it before. If you subscribe to BYO though, they had a good article on taking care of stainless steel. SS needs access to oxygen to maintain it's "stainless" qualities. Seems there's an oxidation reaction, forming chromium oxide that protects it. Then again, soda is pretty acidic and its that's what the kegs were used for....
