Quick connects for a CO2 manifold

Has anyone ever used quick disconnects for air systems (like this House of Tools - Interchange 1/4" Quick Coupler - Air Tools & Compressors Air Accessories Fittings & Couplers - Item Description) on their CO2 manifold? My biggest worry would be that they don't quite seal properly and lead to excessive leakage. I was hoping to use these quick disconnects along with isolation valves to make adding and subtracting kegs from the system easier. Any thoughts?

I use one between my tank/reg and the chest freezer and it works fine with no leaks.

I have also used them and they have worked great. Mine did not leak.
The pictures are small but this is what I used. They come in handy from time to time.

If you are worried about leaks, simply put a Shutoff valve between the Manifold and the quick connect, and shut the line off when it is disconnected.
