Purchasing a biab kettle. I want to use it for 5-12 gal batches.
Better to get a 20 gal (18"D x 16"H) to 25 gal (20"D x 20"H)?
I purchased a 29" x 29" bag so I think either will work. I've read that the larger is nice because no worry of boil over.
Any thoughts or advice?

I just got a 15gal pot. I'll be giddy if I can do a 10,gal batch in it. I like heavier beer so that means bigger grain bill. If you really wanna do 12 gal go for the 25 gal pot not just to avoid boil over but also so you can do bigger beers wo worry.
