i am at the store looking at ice chest/coolers. all the ones in the 40_50 qt range have wheels and an angled drain. They have 70 qt that is perfect, just wondering if it is too big? thanks

What size batches are you trying to brew? You can use the larger coolers, but you probably want some kind of inset to put in there to cut down on heat losses from all the dead space when you're mashing for smaller beers especially (5 gallon batches).

50qt is sufficient to do up to 10 gallon batches.

I went with the 62 qt and I'm glad I did, then if I want to upgrade its easy! Although Weirdboy is right, you'll need a little foam insert to cut down the loss of heat.
