I just bottled my first batch of micro pale ale and it went pretty smooth, it smelles really good. I'm looking to brew 1 gallon of wine from concentrate while it carbonates. Any tried and true recipies out there? I figure get I'll a little experience before buying a wine kit. One additional question? should I ferment in a one gallon plastic bottle then rack to glass 1 gal. carboy?

YoopeBrew has a recipe for Welch's grape juice concentrate in the wine recipe section. It's about as tried and true as it gets for a simple wine recipe. There have likely been tens of thousands batches of this wine made over the years. I made some myself a few years ago. You can substitute practically any kind of non-citrus concentrate for a decent wine.

As for the primary - go to a bakery and get a small plastic pail used for donut/cake frosting- they'll either give it to you or charge a buck or so. After a week or two in the primary, rack it to a gallon jug with an airlock.
