How much space should i leave from the top of both 12 once and liter bottles when bottleing... Also I brewed tonight and forgot to make a starter can I leave the wort in my car boy for a day or so whike the starts gets going... or should i go ahead and and just pitch the yeast?

If you fill your bottle all the way to the top removing any foam and then remove the bottling wand you will have the perfect amount of head space in every bottle.

What type of yeast are you using? I would go ahead and pitch it if it is dry yeast. If it's a liquid smack pack (Wyeast) and the pack has expanded I would pitch it as well. If it's in a vial it can be pitched if it has been warmed to room temperature.

Next time don't forget to make a starter! (I've done this myself before) ;)
