Questions about yeast washing

I am thinking about brewing this recipe for a lemon lime heff. here is the link to the recipe. https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f70/lemon-lime-hefe-weizen-255659/ My question is, the recipe calls for adding limeade to the fermentation, and i'm wondering if this will affect my ability to wash the yeast. I am planning on trying several heff recipes this spring, and I would like to wash and reuse this yeast if possible.
