Question RE: Building store bought kegorator into bar

So I am building an 8ft bar and I am incorporating my new store bought kegerator. Will it get enough ventilation if I leave about 12" clearance from the back of kegerator to the back of the bar and also leave the inner side panel open?

I've seen builds with a lot less space than that for ventilation. You should be fine

12" should be no problem. Especially if you have one side uncovered.
