I am planning on buying this kegerator off a guy on craigslist and want to know where I can buy the bracket to mount the CO2 Cylinder on the back of the unit.

I don't know specifically, but you might be able to rig something up with nylon strapping.

I don't know if you're referring to a specific device that has been discussed here, but something that immediately jumps to mind as usable would be a small (or large, depending on the CO2 bottle you're using) fire extinguisher wall mount.
