Hi, I posted this question on the beginners section, but did not get any answer and I think it has just fallen out of sight ... Apologies I am reposting here hoping this is a more appropriate section.

My HBS sells "Isomerized hops extract" in liquid form, 100ml bottle. It is described as ISO alfa-acidity: 6 % - no need to boil.

How do you use this stuff?

If I add 1gr of extract, would that be equivalent of adding 1gr of a 6% AA hops @ 100% utilization?

Do I add at the end of the boil to avoid loosing it to the hot break?

What is the shelf life of such extract?

For what is worth, this is a link. The shop does not provide much info.

The other extract I can buy is branded "Ritchie"
These guys provide even less info!
