Hello everyone,
Due to what is happening with this pandemic stuff, I decided to brew a batch with whatever ingredients I had left in the house

13 lbs pale malt (homemade)
3.5 os caramel 60. (Homemade)
3 lbs raw barley
2 lbs clear Belgian Candi Sugar (homemade)
1 Oz Citra hops @60 min
0.5 Oz Citra @ 30 min
0.5 Oz sazz @ 10 min
15 min before flame out I added a Bouquet of:
2oz dried rosemary
Peel of 3 bergamots
2 teaspoons of cloves
1 tablespoon crushed coriamder

US 05 yeast.

What do you guys think? Is this a crazy recipe or did I do alright?
I think it smells and tastes awesome...
I guess I ll have to wait and see

Let me know what you guys think..
 
The beer part of it sounds all right, the herb and fruit part of it sounds like it doesn't belong there. :(
