So... I'm looking for a good recipe for some grape juice that my friends and I worked hard to get a couple weeks ago.
I have 1/2 gallon of Texas Blanc Du Bois juice w/o skins and 1/2 gallon of Texas Black Spanish juice w/skins.
I was thinking about making two 3 gallon batches so that it's less of a wine and more of a melomel. Any thoughts on recipes or what kind of honey?
