Pump Question

Greetings,

As I'm another year older today, I'm looking to buy a pump so I don't have to lift up the brew kettle to pour into the fermenter. My fermenter is pretty high off the ground (4 foot or so) Would a pump have problems with this?

All of the magnetic brew pumps will handle that fine.

Any pump should handle that but do yourself a favor and buy a chugger pump, not one of the cheap knockoffs.

I bought the chugger and should arrive today. Not brewing for a couple of weeks though, have to test it out with water.

You should probably head over to brewershardware.com and order you some camlocks and accessories. The quick disconnects really make it worth it.
