Pub like pint without nitro

So this is an all grain stout that i made, and wanted to make it look like draught style with the thick creamy edible head, problem is i have no kegs or nitro.
I just bottle my beer with almost no sugar, pour it and get a syringe and pump it a few time in the beer, work like a charm
