Does anyone have any idea of the correct PSI to Carb / pour a quad?

Thanks in advance. (Relatively high alcohol content +11%) (I quit checking when It got that high.

It depends on personal preference, but to most, Belgians are best served with pretty high carbonation, 3 volumes of CO2 or above. That's in the neighborhood of 15-18 psi depending on temperature (you can use a carbonation calculator or chart to figure out what number that is for your system). Of course, you need to have plenty of resistance in the line to serve a beer at that carbonation level without a ton of foaming, so you may be limited there.

Thanks for the reply, I had actually started at 12. And that felt low, so I raised it to 15. Hopefully it doesn't turn into a foamy mess.. If so, I may just order some longer lines.
