Proper use of gelatin to clear haze

My last Munich Helles had a slight protein haze despite Whirlfloc in the final stages of the boil.

I have made a couple of brewing adjustments, but will someone please tell me the correct procedure to add gelatin for fining when kegging? I thank you for your time!!!
