Sorry if this has already been asked....
I have a Cream stout that has been forced carbed with CO2 and I would like to serve with 100% Nitrogen. I understand that I will need to periodically shoot the keg with Co2 to keep it carbed.
Since I don't have a "Beer gas" mixture, what is the correct amount of Nitrogen PSI that I should use?
