Still...200 for a little 2 tier setup isn't a bad price at all...and you could probably upgrade those torch burners for a nice hurricane eventually.

I'm trying to figure out what it was actually made for...two stage deep frying?

Yea, this thing is interesting. I can't figure the cooking application of this rig though. Is King Kooker thinking of the homebrewers here?

Only thing we could think of at work was steaming and deep frying seafood all at once.

Guess for a eat as you want it seafood bar-b-que?
