So I'm getting back into brewing after a 2 year hiatus, and I finally have the room to go all grain. I'm looking to buy a propane burner this week and have been struggling between the Bayou Classic SP-10 and SQ-14. There's a million posts on this and I still can't make a decision. The SP-10 has a much higher BTU rating, but the SQ-14 might be more stable especially if I decide to brew larger batches down the road. I've ruled out the KAB-4 because I've heard it's hard to control the heat when brewing 5 gallon batches (7-8 gallon boil). I typically brew with a 32 quart aluminum kettle. Any advice is appreciated!
