Hi there.

Hope some one can help me. Using Promash (Extract and specialty only at present) and my wort size wants to copy my batch size. Want to be able to boil a smaller wort and was hoping Promash would work that out for me.?
Is that possible?.

Or do i just have to make the wort the same OG as my finished batch and boil up at that?

Thanks in advance.
David.

There is a check box to lock ingredients to batch size which is right above the boxes to control the grain input I believe.

That will sometimes work with larger batches however when you go smaller the numbers can get tweaked.

I would write down your OG and percentages of your current recipe and create a new recipe conforming your prior grain bill to your new batch size.
