Hello,
Yesterday was the first time I did a BIAB since a year ago. I think I mixed up a step and drained/squeezed the bag after mashing but before bringing the temp up to 170 for 10 minutes. If I remember correctly I should have drained/squeezed after the mash out at 170. Is this going to have any ill affects on my beer or am I worrying about nothing?
