So I just did my second extract brew and in the directions it said I could use priming sugar or not use it, I chose not to. I guess I should have done some research before hand but I'm now realizing that I'm most likely going to have a flat batch of beer on my hands. Is there anything I can do to salvage the batch? I bottled 4 days ago.

What a strange thing for instructions to say!

Sure, you can prime now. Easiest thing to do would be to get come carb tabs. They're little sugar tablets that you add to each bottle. Otherwise, if you're good with measurements, you can boil up some sugar solution of known concentration and carefully dose each bottle with a fix volume.

The Cooper's carbonation drops work way better than those lil pill lookin things. 1 per 12oz bottle will do it.

+1 on this^^^
The pills cause your beer to foam out once you drop them in

That would have been a disappointment when you popped one open...Tabs work well. I used em on my last beer and it came out good.

+1 to Coopers carb tabs (or actually brewers best makes them too) verses the lil pill ones.

I keep thinking I saw the pill ones at the LHBS with BB on them. Looked just like the Munton's pill size buggers. I still think Cooper's carb drops are better. you need only one vs 4-6 of the pill ones.

Phew..thats good to hear, I've been freaking out all day at work. Thanks for the input guys, really appreciate it.
