Its an alt recipee its an ale but uses lager yeast, i did switch the lager yeast for a german ale 1007 im not to familiar with this stlye but what i have read (and in the recipee) it seems that they need to be cold conditioned, regular primary temps for an ale though. ive got a spot in my house that is about 58 thats as cold as its going to get but everything ive read says to leave it for a longer time although i am fairly new to brewing and i dont know much. I think i read a few post that said poeple like to do heffes just in the primary becase they prefer it cloudy, just wondering if there were other styles that work like this like this.
