It is my understanding that you can not get an accurate SG if there is CO2 in the beer. So I am wondering with these fermentation tanks that you can ferment under pressure how does one get an accurate reading?

i haven't done a pressurized fermentation but worst case i would imagine you could just stir or agitate the heck outta your sample until its flat, then take a proper reading, or leave it out overnight.
