Pressure switch self sealing?

I've narrowed down my chiller issue to this pressure switch, a bypass is allowing her to run again. Will there be a Schrader valve or self sealing port on the AC line when I attempt to swap out? Snug tighten ok?

If that's the typical low pressure switch installation it's going to require a purge and refill to replace it.
Then again if it's tripped the system is already below minimum pressure so there's a leak somewhere...
