I boiled 3.5 gallons of water for 15 minutes and it's now in the fridge for the night.:ban:

That is a heck of a load on your fridge.

If you're only trying to pasteurize, you might consider just doing 161°F for 15 seconds.

I was kind of hoping that he was gonna use it for top off and chilling.
Hope that he didn't heat and cool only to have to reheat it.

Is that municipal tap water that your boiled. Boiling will eliminate chlorine, but not chloramines. You may need to add part of a campden tablet before topping off.

^+1 to that.

Ruined a batch before I knew better (aka joined HBT).

Yes it is city water. I added a 1/2 tab before the boiling started.

But I didnt on my 3 gallons I boiled for wort. Crap I hope it will be ok.

Also I forgot my OG reading.... sigh.

Today is transfer to secindary day. I am going straight to a corny keg @ 10psi

Has your beer reached final gravity? Racking before FG is reached can stall the fermentation.

No. I have reevaluated and I am going to leave it in the primary for 2 more weeks. I checked and it's still going so I don't want to disturb fermentation. In two weeks I will cold crash and rack to my keg.
