Hello. This is my first post. I have used a ton of knowledge from this community already.
Brew day was going perfect. 30 minutes into the boil our light go bright in the house and everything goes wild. I run to our main power panel and kill the main breaker. Turns out a tree went down and took out a few of our homes. Looks like the power is gonna be out for a few hours.
When the power comes back, do I just get my boil going and continue off from where I left off? I am assuming this is the case but just wanted a few others input.
