I want to build my panel just like this diagram. 50A and two elements 5500 W.
The power input in the diagram shows 4 wires L1 L2 Ground and Neutral. In Europe (Netherlands) we only have 3 wires Hot Neutral and Ground. What do I have to do to make this work ? Hopefully somebody can help me out.

Your home is probably connected to three-phase current but the single phases are then split up to different rooms/areas of the house to support standard domestic appliances which are single-phase. The real issue however is with trying to draw that much current (25A) from a single outlet and that would be splitting the two elements to two separate lines. If you only have type-F outlets (a.k.a. Schuko) those will only support 16A and if your house is up to standards you will trip a breaker just trying to turn an element on.
My advice would be to consult with a licensed electrician before going any further about installing two dedicated outlets rated for 25A.

Thanks for the reply. A licensed electrician has installed two dedicated outlets in preperation of my electric brewery. (2x16A)
I just need advice how to connect the control panel to the three wires. Most of the diagrams available are with 4 wires (L2, L1,N and Ground). I like the diagam in the attachment and would like to use as basic diagram for my control panel.

Maybe I misunderstood your post but are you planning on using two 5500W elements? If that's the case they'll draw more than the 16A your outlets are rated for.

In any case the wiring is the same just use the "hot" wire as L1 and ignore L2 which you won't have. Your SSRs will be single-phase and they'll have a single pair of terminals which you will route your "hot" wire through.

I use a special breaker 2x16=32A combined for a 5500 W element. I got two elements but never user them at the same time.
Thanks for the advice....This weekend I am starting with the wiring.
